EPF, ETF and APIT,calculated before you ask.
Payroll, attendance, leave and rosters for Sri Lankan employers — joined by one ledger, and paired with a mobile app your staff and field technicians will actually open.

Attendance sits in a fingerprint machine. Leave balances sit in someone’s head. Payroll sits in a spreadsheet that one person understands.
Every month all three are reconciled by hand — and every correction starts the reconciliation again.
From the first check-in to the last payslip.
A GPS check-in becomes worked minutes, becomes overtime and attendance-based earnings, becomes a payroll entry, becomes a payslip. One system, an audit log at each step, and no CSV hop between the time clock and the payroll.
Clock in
Staff check in from their phone, on site.
The time, the place, and how accurate the fix was
Count
The hours add themselves up.
Worked time · overtime · late minutes · allowances
Approve
Leave and corrections get signed off.

Calculate
Pay and deductions are worked out.

Everything the month actually needs.
Two apps over one set of records — a console for the people who run HR and payroll, and a phone app for everyone else.
Payroll & statutory
The month closes without a spreadsheet.
Attendance
Know who arrived, and where they were.
Leave
A balance nobody has to come and ask for.
Rosters
Publish the week once; let staff sort the rest.
The staff app
The queue at HR's door, gone.
Field work
The HR system that also runs the day.
Invoicing, quotations and inventory run on the same records when you are ready for them. Worth a conversation — not part of what you switch on in week one.
Nobody has to look up a rate again.
Every rate below is built in, and where your policy differs you change it yourself. Figures are worked to the cent, and a run will not let itself produce a negative net pay.
The run, end to end
Three pairs of eyes, in order. The person who calculated a run cannot be the one who approves it, and nothing is paid before both have signed.
- 1
Draft
You open the month and choose who is in it — and who sits this one out.
- 2
Calculated
Pay, deductions, loans and arrears are worked out. You get a report of everything that moved since last month.
- 3
Checked
Someone reviews the figures line by line. Payslips have to exist before they can sign.
- 4
Approved
A second person signs off — never the one who calculated. The run locks.

Payslips go out, the bank file is ready to upload, and your accounts are updated.
You can cancel or roll back at any stage. Every time you do, the system records who did it and when.
Three outputs, one button.
Post an approved run and the payslips, the bank transfer file and your EPF and ETF returns are already made.
Payslips
One PDF per employee, with the year's totals alongside the month's. You can see who has opened theirs and who hasn't.
Bank transfer file
Built from the run and ready to upload to your bank. Account numbers are kept encrypted and are only unlocked at the moment the file is made.
EPF C-Form & ETF return
Both produced for the period, for the whole company or one pay group — so filing is a download rather than a retype.
The app your team opens at 7am.
Your HR team lives in the console. Everyone else lives here — so it was built for the people who don’t sit at desks. Clock in from site, check a leave balance before asking, and see today’s jobs and last month’s payslip on the same screen.
Works with no signal
Whatever your team does offline is saved and sent the moment they reconnect.
Emergency SOS
One press tells the office and their supervisor where they are.
Weather warnings
Raised for the site they're heading to, before they set off.
Voice notes
Speak a note on site; it's written up against the job.
Staff add it to their home screen from a link. There is nothing to find in the App Store or Play Store — we would rather say so now than later.
Good morning,
Nimal P.
See it before you decide.
Five screens from the shipped console. Ask for a live walkthrough if you would rather drive it yourself.
Three people have to agree.
It fits best in Sri Lankan companies of 20 to 500 staff who file EPF and ETF every month, and whose people don’t sit at desks — service and maintenance firms, travel and transport, facilities, retail chains, security and logistics.
HR / payroll manager
Today
Three days a month rebuilding the payroll sheet. The EPF C-Form typed out by hand. One late attendance correction, and the whole reconciliation starts again.
With the platform
The rates are already in, three people sign the run, and the returns are waiting for you at the end of it.
Operations manager
Today
The roster lives in a WhatsApp group. No way to know who actually reached site, or whether tomorrow's shift is a person short.
With the platform
Drag the week into shape, see clashes before staff do, and let people claim the shifts you can't fill.
Employee or technician
Today
Queues at a punch clock, asks HR for a leave balance, and never sees a payslip until it is printed.
With the platform
Clocks in from site, checks the balance before asking, and opens today's job list on the same screen.
Approving leave shouldn’t mean seeing salaries.
Payroll is the most sensitive thing in the building, so the system is built around who is allowed to see what — and around leaving a record of everyone who touched it.
You decide who sees pay
Permissions are set per area. A supervisor can approve leave without payroll ever appearing in their menu.
Every change is on the record
Who changed what, when, and what it was before — for attendance edits and payroll runs alike.
Bank details stay encrypted
Account numbers are stored encrypted and only unlocked at the moment the transfer file is generated.
Your records are yours
Export to CSV or Excel whenever you like, and take payslips and statutory forms as PDF.
More than one company
Run each entity in your group separately, and move staff between them without losing their history.
Nothing to install
A browser for your HR team, and a phone app your staff add from a link.

Asked before every demo.
Including the ones where the answer is no. If something here rules us out, better you know now.
Yes. EPF at 8% employee and 12% employer, ETF at 3% employer, the 2024/25 monthly APIT slabs and stamp duty on cheque payments are all built in. Each one is also a setting, so if your company has a different arrangement you change it yourself — you never wait on us for a rate update.
Pricing isn’t published yet. Bring your headcount to the demo and we’ll quote against it.
Bring us your last payroll sheet.
We’ll run the same month in the system and show you the difference — your figures, your employees, in one sitting.
